You’re my firstborn. I will always remember the day you were born. It was the day I officially became a MOMMY – probably the toughest hat I’ve worn, yet the most fulfilling ever.

I will never trade you for anyone else. I am embracing you wholeheartedly for all that you are. You and your little brother , Leone, are the best that ever happened to me.

You may not know it, but you are my teacher in this life. You’ve taught me valuable lessons and made me a better person. I know I’m not a perfect mommy. I often lose my cool. No matter how hard I try not to lose patience, I still snap at you at times. I’m deeply sorry for those moments.

The world may find you “weird”, but just be your beautiful, authentic self. Our Daddy God, who is our Master Creator, designed you in His own image. You are special. You are a masterpiece. Embrace your uniqueness. Find your passion and your calling. I will be here to support you in all your endeavors. You are my pride. I will always be proud of you.

As you grow older, you will realize that life can be tough. There would be days you’ll feel like over the moon because things are working well for you. But there may also be moments you may think that the world is against you. Know that Life happens for you and not to you. As much as I am willing to take all the pain and protect you from whatever challenge life throws, I can’t. Because pain, challenges, rejection, and failure are all part of your journey to becoming a better and stronger person.

In everything, give thanks to God. Cast all your worries and concerns to Him. Bring glory to Him.
